Description

This solicitation is a Request for Supply Arrangements (RFSA) to fulfill the Government of Canada's requirement for non-IT related solution-based professional services at or above the Canada Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA) threshold across Canada, excluding areas under Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements. The TSPS is a mandatory supply method allowing federal departments to compete requirements among pre-qualified suppliers. The supply arrangement is valid until July 4, 2028, or until re-competition, termination, or use of a different procurement vehicle. Bids must be submitted quarterly through the CPSS e-Portal, and part of the procurement may be set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB).
