Description
The Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS), in partnership with Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated (NTI), seeks professional services from an independent contractor to conduct the first independent review of the effectiveness of the Treasury Board Directive on Government Contracts, including Real Property Leases, in the Nunavut Settlement Area. The work will be conducted in two phases: designing the Review Plan for the comprehensive five-year review and completing the review based on the approved design. This procurement is limited to firms registered on the Inuit Firm Registry and includes security requirements. The contract period extends from the date of award to March 31, 2027.
