The City of Maple Ridge is seeking to modernize its facilities maintenance operations by implementing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The goal is to enhance management of city properties, improve preventative maintenance practices, and streamline work order and service request processes. Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the City intends to shortlist up to three qualified firms to supply, implement, and support the CMMS solution.
