Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is requesting proposals from integrated teams consisting of consultants (architect and engineer), contractors (general contractor and heavy civil contractor), and other IPD parties to design and construct the Arctic Over The Horizon Radar (A-OTHR) Infrastructure at multiple locations in central Ontario. The project follows an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach. The estimated contract value may exceed $3 billion to $5 billion. The selected contractor must hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the SECRET level.
