South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (TransLink) is responsible for planning, financing, and operating the public transportation system throughout Metro Vancouver. TransLink has decided not to request bids for the purchase of a limited number of requirements management software licenses from JAMA Software, Inc., for reasons described in this Notice of Intent (NOI).
