Defence Construction Canada (DCC) invites contractors and suppliers to join an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for work at CFB Borden and satellite sites including Meaford, Owen Sound, and Barrie for a period of three fiscal years from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. The OCSL is used to tender construction services including commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil projects valued at $10 million or less. Contractors must request to be added via MERX and have an active MERX account to submit bids. DCC reserves rights to verify contractor interest, require pre-qualification, and set aside opportunities for Indigenous businesses. Contracts include performance standards and may require security clearances at SECRET level.
