Defence Construction Canada (DCC) invites contractors and suppliers to join an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for work at CFB Wainwright for three fiscal years from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. The OCSL is used to tender construction services including commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil projects valued at $10 million or less. DCC will invite all listed on the OCSL to bid electronically via MERX, and attendance at site meetings may be required.
