Description

Calgary Housing (CH) is seeking qualified proponents to provide Elevator Consulting Services. The consultant will represent CH with elevator maintenance contractors and the Alberta Elevating Devices Amusement Rides Safety Association (AEDARSA) to provide counsel on elevator issues. Services include modernization of elevators at Beltline 2 (BLN2) and Spruce Cliff 1 (SPR1) properties, covering design, scope writing, construction administration, onsite inspections, and contractor oversight. The contract duration is estimated at 36 months starting from April 1, 2026.
