Description

The Ministry of Citizens’ Services is considering a contract extension with Iron Mountain Canada Operations ULC for off-site records storage and related services. The extension covers approximately 85,000 boxes of existing records stored in Iron Mountain’s facilities in Greater Vancouver and Kelowna. The contract will not include new record accessions created after March 31, 2026, except for ongoing accessions related to the existing records. Iron Mountain currently holds a contract for new records storage services until March 31, 2026, and a separate procurement is underway for new records storage services starting April 1, 2026.
