Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) is inviting prospective proponent firms to submit proposals for the provision of paving services as described in the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix C). Up to three of the highest scoring qualified firms meeting minimum requirements will be added to a pre-qualified list valid for less than 3 years.
