Description

The Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified suppliers for Procure to Pay (P2P) software solutions. The solution should automate and modernize aspects of the Procure to Pay lifecycle, including requisition to purchase order, receiving, and accounts payable invoice processing. The proposal must include both the supply and implementation of the solution, which may be provided by the proponent or a third party. The contract duration is estimated to be 36 months, starting from May 1, 2026.
