York University is planning to upgrade its Oracle PeopleSoft from HCM 9.2 image 35 PeopleTools 8.58.07 to HCM 9.2 Image 52 with PeopleTools 8.62. The scope includes services to complete a technical upgrade of existing environments including user interface, data interfaces, workflow processes, queries, reports, and data conversion. The university prefers to award one qualified and experienced proponent for the work outlined in the RFP. Proposal submissions must be registered with MERX and be submitted by May 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST.
