Description
Spindletop Center is seeking proposals from public accounting firms with experience in community mental health and IDD centers, as well as governmental entities, to provide annual financial and compliance auditing services. The audit will cover the fiscal year ending August 31, 2026, with a one-year contract period from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, and may be extended for up to five additional one-year terms. The audit must comply with GAAS, Government Auditing Standards, Uniform Guidance, and other applicable guidelines. Proposals must be submitted by June 25, 2026, and must follow the instructions in the RFP, which can be obtained by contacting the CFO.
