Description

The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified Strategic Innovation Consulting and/or Design firm to build enterprise-level capabilities and functionality that enable a Strategic Systems Innovation capability. This capability aims to improve outcomes across complex, interconnected systems affecting the City and its residents by introducing rigorous methods, tools, and governance for understanding complexity, testing interventions, and reallocating resources based on evidence and learning. The contract duration is estimated to be 12 months, starting from May 1, 2026. The procurement method is competitive open bidding under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
