Lac La Biche County is seeking proposals for the development of a comprehensive Tourism Feasibility Study & Strategic Plan. The project aims to identify prioritized tourism opportunities that can be realistically executed with strategic partners and entrepreneurs. The consultant will identify best-in-class tourism assets, evaluate specific sites for hospitality, resort, and four-season tourism potential, engage leadership and community stakeholders, and provide a pragmatic implementation roadmap for the next 20 years.
