This Pre-Solicitation Notice provides the Draft Request for Proposals (RFP) N0017826R3104 for Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) E40 Range Support Services. Only SeaPort-NxG MAC holders will be eligible for award. This requirement will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
