This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W15QKN-26-R-A057 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Boiler 4 Stack and Cover in Boston, MA (MA004) (Barnes Complex).This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to review the webpage for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. (ii) Reference Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-2, Addendum to Evaluation – Commercial Product and Commercial Services, within the solicitation for evaluation criteria.
