The City of Burlington’s Water Resources Division is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified General Contractors to provide pre-construction and general contracting services for the Burlington Main Wastewater Treatment Facility Stage 1 Upgrade using the Construction Manager at Risk method. The project aims to increase hydraulic capacity, add tertiary treatment, improve secondary treatment flexibility, and enhance facility longevity. The selected contractor will collaborate closely with the Owner and Engineer during pre-construction to develop a design that meets objectives at a guaranteed maximum price. The procurement will follow a qualifications-based selection process.
