Description

This solicitation is to establish a Blanket Order Contract to provide canned soft drinks for the Louisiana Department of Corrections - Louisiana State Penitentiary for an initial one-year period starting July 1, 2026, or date of award, ending June 30, 2027. The contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions, not to exceed 36 months total. Items are to be called for by the using agency as needed, with no shipments made until an order is placed. The contract requires delivery within 2 days after receipt of order and includes supplying and maintaining beverage refrigerators at no additional charge.
