The New Hampshire Department of Employment Security (NHES) is seeking proposals for a lease-to-own procurement of two high-performance multifunction printing devices and associated maintenance services. - Government Buyer: - State of New Hampshire Department of Employment Security (NHES) - Products Requested: - One production black and white photocopier/printer/scanner - Digital monochrome multifunction device - Minimum monthly duty cycle: 1,000,000 pages - Five adjustable paper drawers (three with vacuum feed) - 7,500+ sheet total capacity - 100-sheet RADF/ERDH/Duplex feeder - 600x600 dpi imaging, 1200x1200 dpi print resolution - 105 ppm simplex, 52.5 ppm duplex speed - Advanced finishing (stapler, hole punch, booklet maker) - Secure and on-demand printing, LDAP authentication - Not discontinued or out of production - One color multifunction printer - Sheetfed toner-based electrophotography - 60+ ppm print speed, 500,000 monthly duty cycle - 12 GB RAM, 1 TB hard drive - Duplex automatic document feeder - Finishing options (stapler, hole punch, saddle stitch) - Touch screen control panel, user authentication - Services Requested: - Five-year full-service maintenance and repair for both devices - Qualified onsite technicians (M-F, 8am-5pm) - 3-hour response, 4-hour onsite service - OEM consumables (toner, developer, fuser, drums, belts) - All parts and labor included - Loaner device for extended downtime - Operator training for up to three users per machine - Coordination with state IT for installation and maintenance - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All consumables and replacement parts must be OEM - Devices must support network authentication and user access restrictions - Delivery, installation, and operator training required - Devices must not be discontinued or out of production at time of bid - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation, but major manufacturers of high-volume multifunction printers are likely to be eligible.

Description

This solicitation is for the lease-to-own procurement of one production black and white photocopier/printer/scanner device and one color multifunction printer. The contract includes a full-service maintenance agreement for a period of five years. Vendors must submit technical and price proposals for both devices along with a 5-year maintenance proposal. The contract term is not to exceed five years from the date of approval by the Governor and Executive Council. The procurement is managed by the New Hampshire Department of Employment Security (NHES).
