Description

The solicitation is for repair, maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, programming, and emergency services for low voltage electrical equipment including Ventek parking equipment, Premisys access control systems, grill gate operators, and other low voltage systems at AMD parking garages and facilities statewide in Hawaii. The contractor must be available 24/7 with a one-hour response time for emergency service requests. Bidders must have manufacturer authorization, certification, factory training, or verifiable experience with the specified equipment. The contract includes furnishing all supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and services necessary to complete the work as authorized by the AMD Contract Administrator.
