Description

This project involves construction along the northern side of the CC-215 Beltway within the City of North Las Vegas. The scope includes excavation and construction/installation of an asphalt trail with aggregate subbase, retaining walls at grade separations, trail lighting, fencing installation, landscaping and irrigation, signage installation, and all other trail appurtenances needed to complete a functional project. The project must be completed within 270 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, including punch list resolution, final cleanup, and demobilization.
