The City of Moncton is seeking proposals for the supply, implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support of a comprehensive cloud-based Safety Management System (SMS). The system must support incident reporting and investigation, corrective action management, compliance tracking, safety inspections, training and certification management, contractor management, analytics and reporting, and mobile/offline functionality. The goal is to replace fragmented and manual safety processes with a centralized enterprise solution to improve regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, risk management, and safety culture across City departments. The contract term is three years with options to extend for two additional one-year terms.
