Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is seeking vendors to provide performing arts staging products and services for all colleges in the district. - Government Buyer: - Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) - Products and Services Requested: - Audio equipment and accessories, including microphones, mixers, and amplifiers - Stage rigging and tracks for performing arts venues - Audio-visual (A/V) consulting services - Maintenance and repair services for audio-visual equipment - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) are named in the solicitation - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contract may be awarded to one or more vendors on an as-needed basis - No guaranteed minimum spend; contract is for district-wide use - Vendors must submit a response to the scope of work, a completed questionnaire, pricing schedules, and supporting documentation - Open to all qualified vendors

Description

The Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is seeking one or more vendors to provide performing arts staging products and services for district-wide use at all college locations on an as-needed basis. The contract will have no guaranteed amount of spending and vendors will be utilized as needed. The solicitation includes requirements for audio equipment, stage rigging, A/V consulting, and equipment maintenance and repair. Vendors must submit various documents including responses to scope of work, questionnaires, and pricing schedules.
