Description

The work includes unclassified excavation, pavement reclamation and patching, full depth hot mix asphalt pavement, aggregate pathway installation and patching, selective clearing and pruning, gravel trail construction, guard rail installation, drainage structure installation and maintenance, pavement markings, signs, landscaping, and other incidental work. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation Highway Division in Highway – Bike Path. The contract duration is 1,095 calendar days with liquidated damages of $1,000 per day for delays.
