The Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified trade contractors for fifteen trade contractor packages including Masonry, Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron, Waterproofing, Roofing, Glass and Glazing, Tile, Acoustical Tile, Resilient Floors, Terrazzo, Painting, Elevators, Fire Protection Sprinkler System, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
