Description

The County of Volusia is soliciting qualified contractors to provide county-wide pressure washing and soft-wash services for buildings, structures, and related exterior surfaces across all County divisions and facilities. This procurement will establish a master agreement for use by all County departments including Facilities Management, Library Services, Coastal Division, Solid Waste Division, Votran, Information Technology, Daytona Beach Ocean Center, and Daytona Beach International Airport. The goal is to establish competitively awarded pricing and standardized service expectations for routine, scheduled, and as-needed exterior cleaning services.
