Description
H-GAC is seeking a qualified contractor to improve understanding of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) concentrations, composition, and contributing factors within the H-GAC Metropolitan Planning Area through targeted monitoring, data analysis, and photochemical modeling. The project supports regional air quality planning by providing technically sound information to inform evaluation of emissions, transport influences, and potential control strategies, in coordination with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). The selected contractor will support technical and administrative activities including monitoring, data analysis, modeling, and reporting. The project period is expected to conclude by December 31, 2027.
