Bryan Texas Utilities is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide fourteen (14) concrete poles for the Rayburn to East Reroute 138kV Transmission Line Project. The procurement includes furnishing spun concrete pole structures for two segments of the project: BTU's Rayburn-East Re-Route 138kV Transmission Line Project and ETI's Bryan-College Station 138kV Segment of the same project. The scope includes all nuts, bolts, washers, and other hardware required for assembling and erecting the poles. Bids must be submitted electronically or as sealed bids by 2:00 PM CST on July 8, 2026, with a public bid opening conducted via Zoom.
