The City of Framingham invites sealed bids for soil management and disposal services. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for mobilization, testing, screening, stockpiling, handling, re-handling, hauling, weighing, and disposing of soils at approved disposal sites, in accordance with all laws and regulations, including site cleanup. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct Portal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, waive minor informalities or technicalities, or cancel the bid if in the public interest.
