Description
The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways plans to construct a surfacing structure on Highway No. 4 from 0.3 km south of its junction with the access road to Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park (Highway 261) to the northern boundary of the Town of Kyle (Railway Ave), covering a total distance of 21.74 km. The work, under contract H26032, is scheduled to be tendered in June 2026 with construction anticipated in the 2026 construction season. The consultant will provide all engineering services for construction administration, including construction management, supervision, enforcement of contract specifications, environmental oversight, stakeholder management, and materials management.
