Description
This Request For Proposals is for the supply, cleaning and preparation, transport, and precise deployment (no explosives) of one or more vessels longer than 85 feet in length at the Escambia County Southeast or LAARS East Artificial Reef Site. The Escambia Southeast Artificial Reef Site is a large artificial reef site of approximately 9 square nautical miles, permitted by the Army Corps of Engineers and Florida Department of Environmental Protection for artificial reef deployment. The project involves careful handling and deployment of large vessels to create artificial reefs in designated marine areas.
