Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks one or more strategic partners to support the Chief Information Security Officer's (CISO) areas within Technology Strategy Architecture, Risk and Cybersecurity (TSARC). The scope includes security and risk management, data security, network security, security assessment and testing, security operations, and software development security. The partners are expected to provide qualified resources to support capacity needs. The delivery period is from August 31, 2026, to August 30, 2029. Proposals must be submitted electronically by July 6, 2026.
