Rocky View County, on behalf of itself and the City of Calgary, is seeking an Engagement Consultant to provide engagement services in support of the Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP) update. The consultant will be responsible for planning, preparation, execution, and reporting of all public and interested party engagement activities that inform the IDP. The contract will be awarded on a lump-sum basis and requires continuous engagement services throughout the project. The Engagement Lead will coordinate engagement activities, manage facilitators, handle public inquiries, and ensure integration of engagement outputs into the broader IDP process.
