Laguna Beach Solicits Proposals for Comprehensive Communications Support Services

The City of Laguna Beach is seeking proposals for professional communications support services to enhance its public outreach and information efforts. - Government Buyer: - City Manager's Office, City of Laguna Beach - Scope of Services: - Project management, including bi-weekly strategy calls - Website content management and updates - Social media management with a minimum of four posts per week - Digital newsletter production (weekly short-form and monthly long-form) - As-needed services: crisis communication, photography, graphic design, and writing - Proposal Flexibility: - Open to individuals, teams, or firms - Applicants may propose for some or all services - City may award multiple contracts for different tasks, provided collaboration among team members - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are required, as this is a service-based procurement - Emphasis on qualifications, approach, and cost in proposal evaluation - Contract terms, including duration and compensation, will be finalized upon City and/or City Council approval

Description

The City of Laguna Beach is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, teams, or firms to provide communications support services. The services will be provided as detailed in the Scope of Services. The objective is to identify the highest-qualified proposer or proposers to provide some or all of these services. The City encourages individual applicants with expertise in one or two areas to apply and is willing to consider separate roles and contracts that divide the assignments, provided all team members collaborate. Final contract terms, including compensation and length, are subject to City and/or City Council approval.
