The City of Palm Coast is seeking a contractor for the membrane replacement project at Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) No. 2. - Government Buyer: - City of Palm Coast, Flagler County, Florida - OEMs and Vendors: - Ovivo (existing membrane cassettes) - Kubota (new membrane modules, City-furnished) - Products/Services Requested: - Removal and disposal of existing Ovivo membrane cassettes from four Phase 1 MBR tanks - Installation of City-furnished Kubota membrane modules in the same tanks - Provision and installation of all necessary piping supports, air and permeate piping, membrane cassette supports, fittings, and appurtenances for a fully functional system - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must hold a valid Florida General Contractor's License - City will supply the Kubota membrane modules; contractor is responsible for all installation and integration - Bid package must include required forms and bid security - Highlighted OEMs: - Ovivo (removal/disposal) - Kubota (installation of new modules)

Description

The Contractor shall perform the removal and disposal of existing Ovivo membrane cassettes and the subsequent installation of City-furnished Kubota membrane modules within the four Phase 1 MBR tanks at WWTF No. 2. The Contractor shall provide all associated piping supports, air and permeate piping, membrane cassette supports, fittings, and any other necessary appurtenances for a fully functional system as designed and specified. The project involves ensuring a fully functional membrane replacement system as per the design and specifications.
