Description

Salisbury University Physical Plant is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive preventative maintenance services for all elevators and lifts owned by the University. The services include inspection, lubrication, testing, adjustment, cleaning, repair, and replacement of components as required, along with emergency repair and on-call support. The contract term is projected to begin on 09/01/2026 and run through 06/30/2031.
