Description

The City is seeking bids for the construction of an 1800 mm diameter storm sewer within the municipal easement between Yonge Street and the Metrolinx rail. The project includes Metrolinx crossing works with twin tunnelling of an 1800 mm diameter concrete casing/sewer and a 1200 mm diameter steel casing, including all sanitary and watermain pipes. It also involves all necessary storm, sanitary, and watermain works within the sending and receiving pits, as well as construction of the storm sewer outfall and an interim stormwater management pond east of the Metrolinx tracks.
