The City of Troy, Ohio is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and pricing proposals for Design-Build services related to the renovation of the Troy Police Department. The project scope includes renovation of the men's and women's locker rooms with associated HVAC, lighting, controls, and plumbing, as well as replacement of windows on the first and second floors, including window film and ballistic glass on the first floor. The selected firm will provide preconstruction and construction phase services, including development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for June 18, 2026, and proposals are due by July 7, 2026.
