The Springfield Redevelopment Authority (SRA) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms for various trades including Masonry, Miscellaneous Metal, Waterproofing, Roofing and Flashing, Painting, Elevators, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, and Electrical for the Cross/ Willow Street Parking Garage Project. This is a CM at Risk Project under MGL Ch. 149A with a two-step selection process requiring prequalification. Interested firms must submit SOQs by June 24, 2026, and questions must be submitted by June 17, 2026. The SRA reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all responses in the public interest.
