Description

The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or organizations for leadership, teacher, and staff development services. This Request for Proposals (RFP) replaces previous contracts and aims to establish Approved Vendors authorized to provide these services to HISD schools and departments. The contract term is tentatively from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with two automatic annual renewals not extending beyond June 30, 2030. Vendors must submit proposals and meet HISD's insurance and Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) Program requirements to be considered for award.
