This notice announces the designation of certain entities as Chinese military companies operating in the United States. The Deputy Secretary of Defense has determined that these entities satisfy the requirements to be designated as Chinese military companies under Section 1260H of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021. The designated companies are engaged in providing commercial services, manufacturing, producing, or exporting, and operate directly or indirectly in the United States. The list is published annually until December 31, 2030, with additions or deletions made at least annually.
