Description

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), is modifying the Line of Credit Controls System (LOCCS), a disbursement and cash management system servicing HUD's grant, loan, and subsidy clients. The modifications update the system name and number, system manager, purposes, categories of records, record source categories, routine uses, storage and retrieval policies, safeguards, and procedures for record access, contesting records, and notification. The system collects and maintains records on grantees to ensure prompt payments and efficient cash management. Comments on the modifications are accepted until July 10, 2026.
