Description
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), is modifying the Line of Credit Controls System (LOCCS), a disbursement and cash management system servicing HUD's grant, loan, and subsidy clients. The modifications update the system name and number, system manager, purposes, categories of records, record source categories, routine uses, storage and retrieval policies, safeguards, and procedures for record access, contesting records, and notification.
