On June 5, 2026, the presiding administrative law judge issued an Initial Determination on Violation of Section 337 and a Recommended Determination on remedy and bonding for the investigation concerning certain pre-stretched synthetic braiding hair and packaging. The U.S. International Trade Commission is soliciting public and government agency submissions on public interest issues related to the recommended relief should a violation be found.
