Description

LCCC is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a desktop printer maintenance management program for Hewlett Packard printers located at Cheyenne Campus, Laramie Campus, and Eastern Laramie County Outreach Center in Wyoming. The contract is intended to be awarded to one firm for up to three years with the possibility of two annual renewals upon mutual agreement. More than one firm may be awarded if a company cannot service both Laramie and Cheyenne locations. Estimated print volume and printer inventory list are available in the attached RFP document.
