The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Aging & Disabilities Services (ADS) is soliciting proposals to develop and implement a program supporting older adult caregivers of persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities (ID/DD), as well as older adults with ID/DD. The program is tentatively scheduled to be provided from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027.
