The City of Lawrenceville is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the demolition of 38 Reid Street, located at 38 Reid Street, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. The work includes securing the perimeter, complete demolition and removal of all building structures except the asphalt parking area and fencing, grading and compacting disturbed areas, and proper disposal or recycling of demolition debris in accordance with Georgia laws. A pre-bid conference/site visit is scheduled for June 23, 2026, and bids must be submitted by July 9, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. local time. Bids are legal and binding upon submission and must be submitted in duplicate.
