Description

This Invitation to Tender (BPS) is for the construction of approximately 920 meters of sanitary sewers and pavement restoration at four site locations. The work includes land grading, sewer line construction, manhole construction, underground utilities construction, earthmoving, trenching, and digging services. The contract is based on the MMCD 2019 Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (2024). Tenders must be submitted in a sealed package to Surrey City Hall by June 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
