The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) of Connecticut is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to assist with rate case proceedings for Aquarion Water Company, Connecticut Water Company, and Eversource Energy. The consultants will support PURA's review and investigation of financial and operating records related to rate schedule amendments. Expertise is required in areas such as taxes, engineering and depreciation schedules, cost allocation, revenue allocation, rate design, and performance benchmarking.
