Description

This solicitation is for the electrical equipment retrofit project at the Mokelumne River Fish Hatchery located at 25800 North McIntire Rd, Clements, CA. The project involves replacing the existing 125 kW emergency generator and switchboard/control panel assembly with new equipment, including a new 500 kW emergency generator and 250 kW load bank furnished by the District. The contractor is responsible for demolition, site preparation, installation, testing, and commissioning of the new electrical system, including switchboard, automatic transfer switch, control panel, cables, conduits, and other materials. Work must be performed between June 1, 2027, and August 30, 2027, with the system operational by August 31, 2027. Proposers must have at least ten years of relevant experience and possess all necessary permits and licenses.
